360° virtual tours for off-plan projects
Your buyer steps into the apartment from their phone, turns in every direction and sees the real view from the window. No appointment, no travel, any time of day.
The visit that does not depend on an appointment
A 360° tour turns your project into something that can be visited at eleven at night, from another city or another country. The buyer does not read a description: they step in, look around, and get a feel for the space in thirty seconds.
Why it works
The industry data is consistent on this.
Buyers are asking for it
A Zillow survey found that 62% of buyers would like to see more 3D tours in listings, and that 60% would buy without visiting the property if one is available.
It speeds up the sale
An MLS study circulated by Matterport measured that properties with a 3D tour sold up to 31% faster and at 9% higher prices.
It reaches where the sales room cannot
Camacol and Coordenada Urbana recorded that 12.1% of new housing is bought by non-residents, and another 12.5% by people from a different department. None of them will walk into your sales room.
See it working
No need for us to describe it. These are two real tours from a project we did, open and with no sign-up: step in, turn around and move between the points the way a buyer would.
This goes far beyond a render: if the client says «look to the right, how does the living room look if I'm standing in the kitchen», I can show them exactly that.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a normal 360 photo?
The project does not exist yet. A 360 photo is taken in a finished space; our tour is generated from the 3D model, so it can be published years before there is a building site.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and that is where it is used most. It opens in the browser with nothing to install, and you can turn by dragging a finger or by moving the phone.
Can it go on a portal or on the project page?
Yes. We give you your own link that you can send on WhatsApp, publish on a portal or embed in your page. It can also be hosted on your own domain.
How many points need covering?
Enough for the tour to make sense: usually the entrance, the living-dining room, the kitchen, the main bedroom and the amenities that sell the project. It depends on the unit type.
Can I have a tour and a virtual sales room at the same time?
Yes, and that is the usual setup. The 360° tour is the front door, easy to share; the virtual sales room is the full experience your agent runs. Both come from the same model.
