Architectural renders to sell off-plan
Images that show your project as it will actually be built: facades, interiors and amenities, with the light and the finishes you are going to deliver.
A render is not a nice drawing: it is your project, measured
The difference between an illustration and a real render is where it comes from. We do not draw an idea of the building: we build your project in 3D from the drawings, at real dimensions, and the images come out of that. What your buyer sees is what you are going to construct.
What you get
Images ready to sell, not sketches to review.
Facades and interiors
Exteriors at different times of day, unit types, kitchens, bathrooms and amenities. The views your sales team needs to explain the project.
The finishes you deliver
The floor, the countertop and the fixtures that are in the specification, not generic ones. Change supplier and we change them in the model and re-render.
They work on every channel
Portals, ads, brochure, billboard and social all come from the same file, at whatever resolution each one needs. No cropping an image meant for something else.
Where they come from
From the same model we use for everything else. You hand us the drawings, we build the project in 3D, we review it with you until it matches what you are going to construct, and the renders come out of that — along with the video, the 360° tours and the interactive model if you need them. That is why everything says exactly the same thing.
This goes far beyond a render: if the client says «look to the right, how does the living room look if I'm standing in the kitchen», I can show them exactly that.
Frequently asked questions
How many renders does a project need?
It depends on what you are selling. A housing project usually needs the facade, an overall view, the unit types and the amenities that set the project apart. Tell us what you have and we will tell you what is needed, without padding the list.
What do you need from us to start?
The approved drawings and the finish specifications. That is enough to build the model. If you already have old renders or a physical model, we use those too.
Can finishes be changed later?
Yes, and that is one of the advantages of working from a model. Changing a floor or a tile means changing the material in the model and re-rendering, not redoing the image from scratch.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on scope: number of images, size of the project, and whether the model has to be built from drawings or already exists. Send us the drawings and we will give you a real figure, not a vague range.
Do renders actually help sell before construction?
That is exactly what they exist for. Camacol estimates that around 60% of new housing in Colombia is sold off-plan: for months, the only way a buyer can see the project is whatever you show them.
Want renders of your project?
