Virtual sales room

Technology to sell faster. Showcase and sell properties that don't exist yet.

Buyers don't buy what they can't imagine

With a plan in hand, the client has to guess how their apartment will look, what they'll see from the window, or whether that room is as small as it seems. That doubt slows the decision — and lengthens your sales cycle.

Why use a virtual sales room

Showcase and sell properties that don't exist yet. Your clients explore every space in real time, change finishes, adjust the lighting and take in the real view from their future home. The result: faster buying decisions and a more effective sales team.

Everything your sales team needs

A tool built to close faster.

Real-time walkthrough

Your client walks through every space of the project from their phone or a screen, at their own pace.

Finishes on demand

Change floors, kitchens and tiling live, during the sales conversation.

The real view from their floor

Show exactly what they'll see from their future home, based on height and orientation.

No model apartment

Save the cost of building and maintaining a physical model. Everything lives in the virtual sales room.

Traditional vs. virtual sales room

What changes when your sales room lives in 3D.

Traditional sales room
✓ Inviewd virtual sales room
Initial investment
Build and furnish a model apartment
A single 3D production, no construction
Ready to sell
Months — it has to be built
Before construction begins
Reach
Only those who come in person
Anyone, from their phone, anywhere
Finishes and unit types
Just one, the one that was built
All of them, changeable live
The view from their floor
Can't be shown
Real, based on height and orientation
Changes and updates
Require construction
Adjusted in the digital model
Client interest data
None
Which units they view and where they pause
After the sale
Stays as it is
The model generates renders, video and 360°
This goes far beyond a render: if the client says «look to the right, how does the living room look if I'm standing in the kitchen», I can show them exactly that.

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up before deciding.

Does it replace the model apartment?

On most projects it covers the same ground at a fraction of the cost, with one advantage: the physical unit shows one layout with one finish, while the virtual room shows all of them. Where the physical model still wins is the feel of the material — the weight of a door, the texture of a tile.

Does it work well on a phone?

Yes, and that's where it gets used most. It opens from a link, with nothing to install, and it's built so the sales rep can send it over WhatsApp mid-conversation.

Does it help with buyers in other cities or abroad?

That's exactly where it performs best. Camacol measured that as of November 2025, 12.1% of new housing in Colombia was sold to non-residents, plus another 12.5% to Colombians living in a different department from the project. For that buyer, the physical sales room doesn't exist.

When in the project should we have it?

Before the commercial launch. The goal is for the material to be ready when the advertising starts, because that's where pre-sale speed is won.

What do you need from us to start?

Approved drawings and the finish specifications. That's enough to build the model; if you already have renders or mockups, we use those too.
